Return policy
Unless it is stated in the description as "Final Sale" then all wigs are refundable. Our return policy states that all orders (except final sale and resale pieces) have a 2 day return policy from the day of receiving. Returns must be postmarked within 2 days. For example, if you receive the item on Monday, please have it back to the post office by Wednesday. If your order is received on a Friday or Saturday, then your return must be postmarked by Monday to be within your 2 days return window. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in its original state with any/all accessories included. Returns are also obligated to pay a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Final sale wigs, resales, Beauty Within Budget and any other accessories are non-refundable and are FINAL SALE!
* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL UNITS are carefully inspected by our team of experts before shipping out.
Shipping Policy:
Please allow 14-21 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Processing time is 5-7 days. Business days DO NOT include weekends. The reason for orders to be fulfilled is because each unit is customized.

Shipping time occurs after the fulfillment period has finished. * (United States) 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail * (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail * This time does not include the processing period * EXPECT DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & HOLIDAYS!
To ensure that your package is professionally delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Luxury Manes by STEFFIE, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will NOT ship to PO Boxes.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Luxury Manes by STEFFIE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credit for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
