Return policy Unless it is stated in the description as "Final Sale" then all wigs are refundable. Our return policy states that all orders (except final sale and resale pieces) have a 2 day return policy from the day of receiving. Returns must be postmarked within 2 days. For example, if you receive the item on Monday, please have it back to the post office by Wednesday. If your order is received on a Friday or Saturday, then your return must be postmarked by Monday to be within your 2 days return window. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in its original state with any/all accessories included. Returns are also obligated to pay a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. PLEASE NOTE: Final sale wigs, resales, Beauty Within Budget and any other accessories are non-refundable and are FINAL SALE! * If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted.
